These terms are the agreement between you and Rispora for using the service. By creating a workspace or using Rispora you accept them; if you are doing so for a company, you confirm you are authorized to accept them on its behalf.
The service
Rispora turns your goal of reaching new customers into a campaign: it proposes a plan you approve, finds potential business customers from public web data, drafts personalized messages with AI, sends them from accounts you connect, and tracks replies. Nothing sends until you launch a plan.
Your account and workspace
Keep your sign-in credentials safe and your account information accurate. Workspace owners and admins control members, connected tools and accounts, and billing, and are responsible for activity inside their workspace.
Connected accounts
You may only connect mailboxes and LinkedIn profiles that you own or are authorized to use, and you authorize Rispora to send and read replies through them for the campaigns you run. The providers’ own terms (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn) apply to those accounts, and what happens to those accounts (whether your emails reach inboxes instead of spam, their good standing with the providers, and any platform restrictions) remains your responsibility. You can disconnect at any time.
Acceptable use
Sending through Rispora must follow the Acceptable use policy: truthful sender identity, relevant business-to-business targeting, opt-outs honored, no spam. It is part of these terms, and we enforce it so every customer’s emails keep reaching inboxes instead of spam.
Plans, free trial and billing
- A new workspace starts without a plan. You can set it up and try the AI helpers a few times, but nothing sends until you choose a plan. If a subscription lapses or ends, your workspace becomes read-only and sending pauses. Nothing is deleted.
- A new workspace can have one 14-day free trial, which starts when you first check out, and each owner email gets one trial in total. The trial is the way to try Rispora before you pay. A workspace that has paid before, and a client workspace added under an existing one, has its own plan and is charged at checkout. Checkout needs a card. The card is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- Plans bill to your card in USD every 3 months and renew automatically. You can cancel any time before the next quarter renews, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid quarter. Paid quarters are not refunded, as the Refund policy explains. A workspace on an older plan keeps it until it changes plan.
- Limits on new leads found, messages, campaigns and contact lookups are monthly and reset at the start of each month. A free trial gets one month of these limits in total, however many calendar months it spans. The number of leads with contact details you keep at a time is also limited (1,000 on Starter, 10,000 on Growth and 30,000 on Pro), and deleting leads makes room. When you reach a limit, that action stops until the limit resets, you make room, or you change plan. We never charge for usage beyond your plan.
- If a charge fails we email you and pause sending until it is sorted. Your data stays put.
Text message alerts
Rispora account alerts is an optional text message program for workspace owners. When you add a mobile number in Settings and turn on text alerts, you agree to receive recurring texts from Rispora with account alerts about replies, meetings, opportunities and billing in your workspace. We send one text to confirm when you sign up.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
How we handle your number is described in the Privacy policy.
Your content and data
Your goals, campaigns, lists of potential customers, and messages are yours. You give us only the license needed to operate the service on them: to store, process, display, and transmit them as the product requires. You can export your leads and delete your data.
AI output
Plans and messages are machine-generated and shown to you before anything launches. Review them; you are responsible for what you approve and send. We do not guarantee accuracy of generated text or of the data Rispora finds, nor any particular outcome (deliveries, replies, or revenue).
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Rispora up and improving, and may add, change, or retire features. We will not materially reduce what your paid plan includes mid-cycle without telling you.
Suspension and termination
We may slow down, pause, or suspend accounts that break the acceptable use policy, threaten the platform or other customers, or fall behind on payment. You can close your account at any time; after closure we delete workspace data within 30 days as described in the Privacy policy.
Disclaimers and liability
Rispora is provided as-is, without warranties beyond what the law requires. To the extent permitted by law, neither side is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Indemnity
You will cover claims against us that arise from your campaigns, your content, or your breach of these terms or applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, and disputes belong to its courts, unless mandatory law where you live says otherwise.
