Questions, answered.
How do I pay?
By card. Add a card and we charge it each cycle. In Uganda you pay in shillings at the price shown; everywhere else, and on the largest plans, you pay in US dollars.
Is it really auto-renewing?
Yes. We charge your card at the start of each cycle and email a receipt. Cancel anytime, no lock-in. If a charge fails we email you and pause sending until it's sorted, nothing is deleted.
Can I change plans?
Anytime, both ways. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you only pay the difference for the rest of the cycle. Downgrades apply at your next renewal. Your leads and campaigns stay put.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is the trial, and it never expires. No card, real leads, real AI-written emails, just small limits. When you outgrow it, pick a paid plan and your workspace carries straight over. Nothing is deleted.
What counts as a 'message'?
An AI-written send, like an email. Replies you receive don't count. Follow-up messages in a campaign do. LinkedIn and WhatsApp sends will count the same way once they launch.
Do I have to bring my own mailbox?
Yes, and that's the point. You connect your own Gmail, Outlook, or any inbox, and Rispora takes turns sending from each one so your email address stays trusted. We never limit how many mailboxes you connect.
What if I blow past my limits?
If you need more leads or contact lookups, you pay as you go, billed to your card in small packs. We'll never silently overcharge: you approve the top-up. Sending limits keep your emails out of spam, so we'll warn you before you hit them.
Why is WhatsApp metered?
WhatsApp is coming soon. When it ships, Meta bills per marketing message, so each plan will include a WhatsApp allowance. Beyond that you connect your own number and Meta bills you directly.
