How do I pay?
By card, in US dollars. Plans are billed every 3 months. Starter is $450, Growth is $899 and Pro is $1,800 a quarter.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. A new workspace gets one 14-day free trial on the plan it picks, and each owner email gets one trial in total. You add a card at checkout, and we charge it when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. A workspace that has paid before, or a client workspace you add under an existing one, has its own plan and is charged at checkout with no trial. You can create your workspace, set it up and try the AI helpers 3 times each without a card, but nothing sends until you pick a plan.
Is it really auto-renewing?
Yes. After the trial we charge your card every 3 months. Cancel any time before the next quarter renews, with no lock-in. Paid quarters are not refunded, so use the free trial to try Rispora. If a charge fails we email you and pause sending until it's sorted, and nothing is deleted.
Can an agency run clients from one login?
Yes. Any plan can add client workspaces, and you switch between them from your account menu. Each client workspace keeps its own leads, campaigns and mailboxes, and pays for its own plan with no free trial.
Can I change plans?
Yes, from the Billing page in the app. Your leads and campaigns stay put when you move between plans.
Are the limits per month or per quarter?
Per month. You pay every 3 months, but each plan's new leads found, messages, campaigns and contact lookups reset at the start of every month. A free trial gets one month of limits in total. Leads you keep are counted separately. Starter keeps up to 1,000 leads with contact details at a time, Growth 10,000 and Pro 30,000, and deleting old leads makes room. At a limit Rispora stops that action and tells you which limit you hit. It never charges extra for going over.
What counts as a 'message'?
An AI-written send, like an email. Replies you receive don't count. Follow-up messages in a campaign do. LinkedIn sends count the same way.
Do I have to bring my own mailbox?
Yes, and that's the point. You connect your own Gmail, Outlook, or any inbox, and Rispora takes turns sending from each one so your email address stays trusted. Each plan includes a set number of mailboxes, shown above.
